Responsible play is all about being informed, having fun and knowing your limits.
Tattersall's and our retail network conduct all aspects of lottery business in a professional, honest and socially responsible manner.
We therefore support and encourage the responsible play of our lottery games through The Tatts Lotteries Responsible Play Program. This program will be introduced to all Victorian and Tasmanian Tatts outlets as of 1 June 2009, and will be rolled out into ACT and NT outlets once confirmation has been obtained from the relevant regulatory authorities. In the interim, ACT and NT outlets will continue to operate under the 'Have Fun But Play It Safe' Responsible Service of Gambling program.
The cornerstone of
our Responsible Play Program is the
Tatts Responsible Gambling Code of
Conduct (the Code). For you own copy,
this code can be downloaded in English
together with the Responsible Play
brochure which can be downloaded in
English, Greek, Vietnamese, Chinese,
Arabic or Italian.
Our retailers also display a sign, which provides information on Gambling Help Services and our Responsible Play Program including information on our financial transaction policy and our Complaint Handling Charter.
